History
This program was established in 2021 starting with 2 aircraft and its first 10 students working out of a small hangar. Through humble beginnings it has grown into a new 30,000 square ft facility, with 6 training aircraft in Cleveland, MS.
Since its inception it has graduated 30 agricultural pilots.
The years of success are attributed to the collaborations of Federal and State officials, industry leaders, operator sponsors, and academic institutions mentoring the advancement of this program.
Purpose
DRAFT is fulfilling the industry’s needs for agricultural flight training emphasizing education through an advanced level of curriculum. Flight training is lead by instructors who are current agricultural pilots with years of flight experience.
Mission
DRAFT strives to produce the highest level of safe, knowledgeable, and efficient aerial applicators that will leave this program industry prepared.
